[Youth-list] CT Proposal for High School Re-Form

Hi, folks. On Wednesday, Commissioner Mark McQuillan (SDE) presented to the  
State Board of Education a framework for significant high school re-form in  
Connecticut. I would strongly encourage you to look it over. There will be  
forums across the state over the coming months to secure citizen comment.
