Keeping Youth Connected and Protected:
Family, School, and Legal Supports for Adolescents

Please join us for a Youth Advocacy Day aimed at linking youth in foster
care with legislators, legislative staff, and child welfare advocates. Youth
served by the Bridgeport and Hartford divisions of Casey Family Services
will discuss their need to maintain connections to families, schools, and
communities, and their experiences with or without legal representation.
This dialogue promises to be informative for lawmakers who oversee the
policies that guide these exceptional youth who are in state care.

When: Tuesday, May 15, 10 am to noon

Where: Legislative Office Building, Room 1B, Hartford

Sponsored by:

*	The Annie E. Casey Foundation/Casey Family Services
*	Connecticut Commission on Child Protection
*	Connecticut Office of the Child Advocate
*	Connecticut Voices for Children

RSVP to Debbie Outlaw, Casey Family Services, at 203.401.6934 or
