[Youth-list] April 4 RTA and FWSN Public Hearing

The Judiciary Committee is holding a public hearing on Raise the Age and
FWSN bills on Wednesday, April 4 at 11:00 a.m. in Room 2C of the L.O.B.
The bills covered will be:

 

HB6285 AAC the Age of a Child with Respect to Juvenile Court
Jurisdiction.

HB6670 AAC the Standards for Defining a Family with Service Needs with
Respect to Juvenile Matters.

HB7406 AAC Youthful Offenders

SB0902 AAC Youth Who Run Away

SB1269 AAC the Quality of Legal Representation of Children and Youth in
Juvenile Matters.

SB1457 AAC Consensual Sexual Activity Between Adolescents Close in Age
to Each Other.
