William T. Grant Foundation -- Youth Service Improvement Grants  (New York 
metropolitan area) (Deadline: 9/19/07) 
The William T.  Grant Foundation Youth Service Improvement Grants Program 
provides funding to  community-based organizations in the New York metropolitan 
area that improve the  quality of services for young people ages 8-25. Programs 
that target children  who are not enrolled in school, are involved in foster 
care or juvenile justice  programs, and those that work with students who are 
two or more years above-age  for their grade will be given priority. _
