Personnel from the U. S. Dept. of Education will be coming to Trumbull March
1, 2007, to present a full day of training and technical assistance to
representatives of any interested programs on funding available through No Child
Left Behind, especially Supplemental Educational Services.
The training will also address how to apply for and manage all kinds of
governmental grants. The session is free, but attendance is limited.
See www.ctafterschoolnetwork.org/Calendar_Mar07.html and click on "Dept. of
Ed. Tech. Asst. Workshop" for details including how to register.

Are you overwhelmed with trying to identify good funding sources?
The Network's website has a grants page where currently available awards and
grants from many sources are listed.
These opportunities have been gleaned from numerous sources (and screened
for relevance to after school programs) and are posted bi-weekly.
See www.ctafterschoolnetwork.org/Funding_Grants.html for details.
To schedule training or technical assistance in sustainability and finding
resources for your program, contact Karen Swam at karen.swam at csaca.org
